- Suji/ semolina ¾ cup (roasted)
- Curd ¾ cup
- Water 3 to 4 tablespoons
- Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
- Oregano 1 tablespoon
- Crushed peanuts ¼ cup
- Salt as per your taste
- Boiled sweet corn ½ cup
- Carrot ½ cup (grated)
- Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
- Parsley or corridor 2 tablespoons
- Capsicum/ Bell peppers (cut into rings)
- Oil to cook 2 tablespoons
- Cheese ¼ cup (grated)

Stepwise method …
- In a large bowl add suji with curd, origano, chilli flakes and salt as per your taste with 3 spoon of water .
- Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes .
- You can cut capcicum rings during these 5 minutes.
- Now after 5 minutes add boiled/canned sweet corn, carrot, onion, crushed peanuts and parsley .
- Now in flat pan brush some oil and add capsicum rings.
- Fill these rings with the suji curd vegetable prepared mix and cook from both sides until it’s done .
- Lastly add some grated cheese on rings and melt cheese a bit .
