  1. Suji/ semolina ¾ cup (roasted)
  2. Curd ¾ cup
  3. Water 3 to 4 tablespoons
  4. Red chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
  5. Oregano 1 tablespoon
  6. Crushed peanuts ¼ cup
  7. Salt as per your taste
  8. Boiled sweet corn ½ cup
  9. Carrot  ½ cup (grated)
  10. Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
  11. Parsley or corridor 2 tablespoons
  12. Capsicum/ Bell peppers (cut into rings)
  13. Oil to cook 2 tablespoons
  14. Cheese ¼ cup (grated)

Stepwise method …

  1. In a large bowl add suji with curd, origano, chilli flakes and salt as per your taste with 3 spoon of water .
  2. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes .
  3. You can cut capcicum rings during these 5 minutes.
  4. Now after 5 minutes add boiled/canned sweet corn, carrot, onion, crushed peanuts and parsley .
  5. Now in flat pan brush some oil and add capsicum rings.
  6. Fill these rings with the suji curd vegetable prepared mix and cook from both sides until it’s done .
  7. Lastly add some grated cheese on rings and melt cheese a bit .
