PTI story quoted Rayad Kamal Ayu, MD of Rayal Group , a consultant that just launched and advisory programme for the UAE’s Golden Visa with Visa service provider VFS Global in India and Bangladesh.
- He also claimed that this is a golden opportunity for Indians to get the UAE’s Golden Visa.
What is the UAE Government’s Clarification about Dubai’s Lifetime Golden Visa?
The UAE’s Federal Authorities for Identity, Citizenship, Custom and Port Security (ICP) issued a strong statement on July 8, 2025.
- ICP said ‘ There is no such thing as a Lifetime Golden Visa for ₹ 23 lakh or AED 100,000. The claim circulating onion are false, misleading and exploitative .’
- ICP’s clarification emphasised that all golden visa applications are handled exclusively by official government channels within the UAE .
- And there’s no internal or external consultancy entity is recognised as an authorised party in the Visa application process.
- ICP said they recently observed news articles on internet from consultancy office based on another company, suggesting that Lifetime Golden Visa could be obtained for all categories outside the UAE via Consultancy intermediaries.
- This claim have no legal basis and were made without coordination with the relevant authorities in the UAE , said UAE’s Federal Authority.
The nomination based route , which recognises an individual’s ability to contribute to the economy of the UAE .
which doesn’t require any investment , has existed from the beginning of golden visa programme in 2019 and is entirely granted at the discretion of the UAE Government.
- Federal Authority also stated that legal actions will be taken against entities spreading such false information in an attempt to illegally collect money , from people aspiring to live and reside in the UAE , exploiting their hopes for the dignity and secure future in the UAE.

The ICP Strongly advised everyone to always refer to official sources to verify the accuracy of procedures– either through official website or by contacting the call centre at 600522222, available 24/7 , before taking any action.
